It starts out with Bugs noting that there are high bounties on various animals, such as $50 for a fox and $75 for a bear, only to be highly offended by the two-cent bounty on rabbits.
Bugs decides to pay a visit to a dog racetrack.
As “Playboy” Penguin attempts to catch up with the convoy of trucks, he accidentally falls into Bugs Bunny’s hole.
Yosemite Sam builds a cabin above Bugs rabbit hole.
Two French chefs spot Bugs and fight over who gets to cook him until Bugs outwits both of them.
A cute little bunny named Shorty, with a barely discernible warp-speed high pitched voice, is running from Pete Puma, until he stumbles down Bugs Bunny’s rabbit hole.
Bugs decides to take a look inside an airplane.
The mailman has delivered a letter to “B. Bonny” (Bertram Bonny), but the letter drift out of the mailbox and drop into Bugs Bunny’s hole.
Bugs Bunny is fleeing to Alabama to escape a carrot famine. His attempt to cross the Mason–Dixon line is stopped by Yosemite Sam, a zealous soldier of the Confederate States of America.
Elmer Fudd is a carrot farmer who spots Bugs’ rabbit hole, claiming that Bugs has raided his carrot farm and decides to shoot him with a gun.
Millionaire Elmer Fudd enters the boardroom of his multi-million-dollar company, but he isn’t himself. He is hopping around on all fours and acting like a rabbit.
Bugs Bunny thinks Sam and his legion marching behind him are a parade and runs up to watch them. They chase Bugs but he trips them.
The opening frame depicts the exterior of Bugs’ dressing room. Outside of Bugs’ room, lowly Warners studio janitor Daffy eavesdrops on Bugs’ conversation and is disgusted by it.
Wile E. Coyote captures his prey, Bugs Bunny, by forcing him into a sack. However, Bugs is easily able to escape his predicament.
Sam is desperate for money. Bugs Bunny comes to his door offering one million pounds to a mild-tempered person.
Bugs Bunny (addressed as Agent Elegant Mess in this cartoon) is assigned by his chief to infiltrate the gangster underworld in Chicago.
Bugs is heading for “Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania”, but instead ends up in “Pittsburghe Transylvania”.
