Believe it or not script of Dubbing provided to CN Pakistan in 2011-12 was awsome as compared to this one.This script is very childish. CN or every indian channel now a days cuts action scenes that ruins the show.

It’s not dirty, it’s an old classic series & the animation is made like that.
Ok but when I watched the videos in YouTube DBZ kai clips they all are so clear and HD but when I compare to yours why this difference?
Grain is added in the video by the official makers. the thing which u think is dirty, it’s actually grain added for more details. Videos available on youtube are edited, and degrained to look cool but with less detail.
Some films/series are made like that, so just enjoy what you are getting, this is the best source for now.
